What sizes do you offer ?
We currently offer sizes XS–XL. Please check the size guide on each product page for measurements and fit details before ordering.
Can I return my order ?
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Not Another Brand order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have told us that you would like to return an item, you must send it back within a further 14 days.
Returned items should be unworn other than being tried on, unwashed and returned in their original condition with any tags still attached. Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.
To request a return, please contact us using the details on our Contact page and include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly and within the time required by UK consumer law.
How can I wash my tracksuit ?
To keep your tracksuit looking its best, machine wash cold. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean. Dry in the shade and use a warm iron if needed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our current tracksuit collection is manufactured in Pakistan by our production partner, with a focus on quality, comfort and attention to detail.
