Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Not Another Brand order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have told us that you would like to return an item, you must send it back within a further 14 days.

Returned items should be unworn other than being tried on, unwashed and returned in their original condition with any tags still attached. Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

At the moment, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the size or item you require, subject to availability.
